LEAP continues to add value to Law Enforcement Agencies. The alternate Service Provider identification number will identify the underlying service provider, ie, non-facilities based carriers, such as voice over IP (VOIP), cable providers of service, multiple virtual network operators (MVNOs) and resellers in the telecommunications industry.
